Gorgeous trails, some were a bit overgrown.
I’ve been down every trail segment 100s of times. One of my favorite parks in Cincinnati. An excellent hike in any season 🌞 🍂 ❄️ 🌱
A lovely nature preserve surrounded by urban sprawl. It is moderately peaceful. The walking trails have several neat wooden bridges over small streams. Large, old trees of many varieties provide a shady canopy on hot sunny days. My family visited in October just as the leaves were beginning to change. Absolutely beautiful! Also, the trails were not busy at all. You park at a dead end of neighborhoods to enter the trails.
Very pretty little nature reserve right in the middle of the city. It is shockingly quiet and peaceful. We only saw one other person out hiking the trails. The preserve is pet-friendly and has lots of pretty bridges and a small river you can play in. The entrances are kind of hidden in neighborhoods with street parking only.
Easy to access- lovely spot of green with trails. Can get slippery when it rains, due to minor inclines.
