This well used walkway and bikeway along the 13 was once an eyesore has been transformed to a hillside of flowers. This space is only possible because of the hard work and effort of volunteers. When you see people working the area, say thanks and maybe lend a hand. Hopefully, the City can also do their share of upkeep.
