Nice grassy neighborhood park with walking paths and a couple small but popular playground areas. During big winter storms, the park collects storm drain water and floods into a lake, hence the name.

This place is a great park for small childern, I have a 2 year old and she had no problem navigating this play structure. The only con is that I didn’t see a restroom area and had to leave quickly to avoid having an accident, if there are bathroom they need to have signs that lead or point the direction.
