Located in the heart of Temple Hills, Raleigh Court Apartments offers a pet-friendly environment where residents are welcome to have their dogs. While not a dedicated public dog park, the apartment complex promotes a dog-friendly atmosphere with easy pet access and general acceptance of dogs on the property. The community is wheelchair accessible, providing both an accessible entrance and parking lot for all residents and visitors. This location may appeal to those searching for dog-friendly apartments or looking for a dog area in the larger Temple Hills, Maryland region.
It is important to note that the grounds are shared by all residents and are not set up as a traditional fenced dog park with designated play or exercise equipment. Reviews highlight that cleanliness and grounds maintenance can be an issue, with reports of overflowing trash and dog waste in some areas. Prospective dog owners should be mindful of these factors when considering Raleigh Court Apartments for dog walking or pet relief needs.
I deal with cold water almost every night & a mouse just ran across my counter….. don’t move here y’all. You will be thoroughly disappointed.
Update: The property management here changes every couple of months. I’ve had an unaddressed maintenance request sit for weeks without any update. You can’t call anyone because again, you never know whether you have property management staff or not. They turn off the water at random times of the day and night (right now the water has been off all night and all morning) due to “emergency maintenance issues” which occur much too frequently! The trash is always overflowing and always on the ground surrounding the dumpsters. There’s dog feces EVERYWHERE; making it a hassle to walk your dog around the property. AGAIN DO NOT MOVE HERE! THEY LIE AND ACT LIKE ITS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE, IT IS HORRIBLE!
I havent lived here, so this is a review for the leasing office. When I arrived for my appointment I scheduled in advance, the office was closed. I knocked on the door and tried calling numerous numbers, nobody picked up. After 10 minutes of waiting in the heat I left. Before this, an agent was great at sending reminders and texting with me, but when I actually arrived there was little to no support. Im sure it was a miscommunication in terms of scheduling, but unprofessional nonetheless.
I just moved in in August and I love my apartment so much it is my home, plus the maintenence guy Edwin is so wonderful he takes good care of any request I make in a timely fashion which is a.plus for me!!! My most joyful person is the property manager Assata she is always cheerful and always willing to help with anything that I need, she is so professional and she does a.great job managing all by herself, I just wish she had some help with the phones ext but again she is the best, we need more.folks.like her she gets 5 stars in my book. I want all my friends and family to move around here
Worst place to live overpriced apartments. Very bad communication skills, complex lacks cleanliness, maintenance is very lazy. Also pest is a big issue due to the lack of cleaning and trash pick-up. Hot water is debatable. Safety is an issue as well the company does not care if a unit is broken into or something is stolen. Convenience is not always best KEEP Looking
If you currently live in a home with hot water and no rodents then STAY there ! This was one of the
Worst experiences I’ve ever went through and this was supposed to be my first apartment. From day one there were roaches and mice that you have no clue about until you move in there. The trash and dumpsters were piled up for the 3 months that I lived there. The water stayed hot for 10 mins at the most and the management are conniving and lie constantly about the upkeep of this place . They tried to ruin my credit and lock me out of the apartment I was renting because I decided to move out I even had to call the police because they tried to fake “evict” me after I gave them my notice to vacate. All I can say is I’m so happy I was able to move out of this dump and just know there will absolutely be rodents no matter how much they claim it won’t or that they’re “fixing the issue,”
