Dirty and infested with mice and roaches. The exterminator does nothing but walk around your apartment and put boxes down. A WAIST!!! The mice live in the walls. Management office workers are unprofessional, ignorant, and imcompedent especially the manager. No dogs are not supposed to be here but they are all over. Definitely ghetto. Smells like a weed factory and neighbors steal mail and packages.

Moving here was the me biggest mistake of my life!!!! The mice were insufferable but don’t tell them that because all they’ll do is put down sticky traps. They didn’t even attempt to fill the holes in the walls. I found myself having to bleach my kitchen because of the mice droppings that were left on my counter and stove. Even had a mouse run across my foot. I could hear them in the walls and in the ceiling just running around. It was so bad I had to leave. I couldn’t do it. Please spare yourself.

(ZERO STARS ). DO NOT MOVE HERE. BEWARE OF GATEWAY SQUARE!!!

These apartments are infested with roaches and mice. It’s a complete health hazard. I live here with my children, and it has been a nightmare from day one.

Maintenance is basically nonexistent unless THE office consider your issue urgent—and even then, you might wait two weeks. They’re incredibly slow, dismissive, and unresponsive.

The worst part? They will enter your apartment without notifying you. I’ve had items go missing, and I’m not the only one. It’s a serious violation of trust and privacy.

They’ve also lied about rental payments I’ve made on time. And to make it worse, there’s clear favoritism and shady behavior in the rental office. People there are literally …. with each other and covering for one another’s actions instead of doing their jobs. !!!!! It’s (completely unprofessional )and “disgusting.”

Don’t let the walkthrough tour fool you like it fooled me. There are hidden problems , constant requirements, and zero real accountability.

Protect your peace, your money, and your safety—KEEP LOOKING.

Side notes — Firstly, I previously reported what was mold growth on the bathroom ceiling of my unit. While management referred to the substance as “mildew,” it’s important to note that mildew is a form of mold. Regardless of terminology, the issue is significant and should be treated accordingly. The current method used to address it — washing the surface and painting over it — does not resolve the root cause. The problem has since reappeared, indicating that no substantial remediation or structural repairs were made. Mold can pose serious health risks, and I believe this matter requires more thorough attention, possibly involving professional remediation services.

Secondly, although the lease agreement clearly states that no dogs are permitted, there are numerous dogs on the property. The frequent barking is a disturbance, and more concerning is the fact that many pet owners do not clean up after their pets, leaving dog waste in common outdoor areas. This is not only unsanitary, but it also violates the lease and contributes to an unpleasant living environment.

Lastly, I have experienced interactions where information provided by management was misleading Try to potentially affect your rental history or hinder future housing opportunities, which would be deeply unfair .

I respectfully request that yall take yourself and your family and move somewhere else don’t enter this nightmare

! will be provided on everything later etc.
