I had a good experience living there for a year and a half. The office ladies are very pleasant to interact with, and the maintenance staff is very helpful and friendly. Any issues that I had were dealt with very quickly and very professionally. Given the expectation of the area, Milano is a gem.

The staff in the leasing office are superb! They made my move in process such a pleasant and easy experience. Everyone was professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs and questions. Overall, I am truly enjoying my time here at the Milano.
Had a great move in process. Thankful to the ladies that helped make it happen. Each lady was amazing and through. Clean unit and spacious for what I need
I lived at The Milano for two years. Overall, I appreciated that the complex had security and that management enforced rules to help maintain order within the community, also the community engagement. However, the cleanliness and upkeep of the buildings need serious improvement especially considering that an outdated one-bedroom unit costs around NULL,500 and a two-bedroom about NULL,700, with no utilities included.
There are no in-unit washers or dryers, which would be more understandable if the shared laundry facilities were properly maintained. Unfortunately, in many buildings, only one washer or dryer works if any at all.
The exterior and common areas also suffer from poor maintenance. Residents often leave their trash outside of the bins, which attracts pests and creates an eyesore. The hallways frequently smell of dog urine due to pets relieving themselves on the carpets, and during the warmer months, the odor becomes overwhelming.
While I appreciated the security and rule enforcement, the overall lack of cleanliness, working amenities, updated units and building maintenance significantly impacted the living experience.
