Ms. Ashley Chapman is a beaming shine of hope! She helped me with my lease issues expeditiously and she’s so kind! I’ve been living here for about 4 years and never got this kind of treatment from management. She really cares about helping and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist with any questions or concerns. Definitely 5 stars worthy!

I went by yesterday for a scheduled apartment tour. On the way there, I got an email that my tour was canceled. No explanation. I called the office numerous times and no one answered. I was able to finally get in touch with someone and they informed me that the tour was cancelled because the apartment I requested to see wasn’t ready for viewing. Mind you, I had booked my tour a week in advance. While on the phone, the person decided to book me for a tour of a different unit and scheduled me for the same time I had originally been scheduled for. I got to the leasing office and it was empty. There was a sign on the door that they would be back at 9:00. Mind you, this was at 3pm. I sat in the heat for 30 minutes while I waited for someone to call me about the tour. No one ever did. I am glad that it happened because it showed me how unprofessional the management is for this complex. I would have been a great tenant too. Their loss.

Don’t move into this roach and rat infested place revolving door of management. They don’t care about you or your quality of life. They will move a whole family into a two bedroom above you, you’ll never get any peace. They’ll charge you for things that never implement. Parking, pest and trash. When they move people out, rats and roaches come out and they never call pests. I’ve been here since 2016, and this is the worst that had ever been. Its cheap but not a home. This place should honestly be condemned. I’ve already reached out to corporate and health department. Pay a little more and do better. Be prepared to get used to “office is closed” sign on the door.

June 8th, 2025- ALL the issues I mentioned 2 months ago are still occurring. The worst part is I have no peace on the ground floor due to noisy tenants jumping and running in the unit above mine. The floors between units are very thin and noise transfers easily. The management makes a lot of promises about looking into stuff but they never do.

I’ve been living here for over 4 years and during that span of time there have been at least 3+ property managers and countless maintenance workers here. The fact that so many staff come and go says a lot about the company.
There are numerous issues with the plumbing here which leads to several water leaks and the main issue is never being addressed. It once took them 1 year to fix a hole in my ceiling due to a water leak.
Issues regarding noise levels in the apartment, gets pushed to the bottom of the pile and not even emails and phone calls to the corporate office seems to help either.
Mice are very frequent in the apartment, especially on the ground units and the fence outside my unit has been broken for more than a year now.
Because of poor security issues on the property and no locks on the building doors, homeless individuals tend to roam the building at night trying to enter the laundry room for a place to sleep.

Management and maintenance terrible.Apartment filled with black mold. It’s been four managers in one year, and four maintenance supervisors. They are quick to move you in but once you’re in, they are slow to fix anything in the units. They are worried about turning units instead of keeping up with the units.wr
