We go here every 4 of July or if I want to hangout with friends or family during summer. So much space to swim and play, I love how there’s fun equipment and bathrooms! Really good place for family, friends, anyone!
This state park is amazing. The beach is sort of clean and the water is not dirty. I always see people swimming, kayaking, or boating. The picnic area is large with bbq grills. It is also relaxing to hike on this dam if you don’t go to the beach at this park. We got a great view of the beach and the other side on the dam. We spent a great night to take pictures of the strawberry moon here.
When I went out the other day the beach was very clean there weren’t any east anywhere and there wasn’t that much geese residue if you know what I mean laying around. Everyone was having fun it wasn’t real crowded and the water was great. The restrooms in the shower areas were very clean. I just wish there were a few more barbecue pits
