Our daughter LOVES our new puppy! Darbster staff was so accommodating while we got the adoption completed! Thank you!
I’ve been a volunteer at this shelter since April and was looking for the perfect pup to take home with me forever. I met Everest (now Winnie) and felt an instant connection. Being able to volunteer, I hung out with her and knew she was my baby. Darbster makes the adoption process so easy. I was looking for an emotional support animal and we agreed that Winnie would be perfect for me. I also appreciated that they are so kind especially being 20 years old. A lot of places don’t allow college students to adopt, so I am so thankful I found this amazing place. They treat all their animals amazingly as well as potential adopters. Winnie has adjusted really well since coming home a week ago. I can’t wait to continue to give her the best life possible.
Darbster made the adoption process so smooth and easy! The employees were so kind and you can tell they truly care about their work. They organized the spay/neuter and even the microchip process! They take great care of the dogs and kitties and the entire adoption process is streamlined/organized very efficiently. Thanks so much to Darbster for giving our family the chance to adopt a happy and healthy puppy! If you’re thinking of adopting definitely check out Darbster!
I adopted (wren) now named Emie a few months ago. She is the sweetest most lovable puppy and was super easy to train. The adoption process was very easy and everyone at Darbster Doggy was super helpful with meeting her, the adoption process and setting up appointments. Overall it was a great experience and she is so loved in her new home ♥️
We adopted “Brynn” (now Belle), our 10 week old puppy from Darbster last weekend. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this foundation. As a mom of small children, Darbster provided so many great resources and wonderful staff to help us add a puppy to our household. We started by volunteering with the kids so they could be exposed to puppy behavior. It was always evident how well cared for the pups at Darbster are. We then started tracking the website that is updated very frequently with available pets including a picture and description. They offered us a paper application to fill out or you can do so online. What I really appreciated is how thorough they are in the application process to ensure these puppies go to the right home. Our application was approved in a very timely manner and when we arrived last weekend to meet Belle (and her 3 siblings), the staff were there to answer questions and assure us that we could take as much time as we needed in our meet and greet to make sure Belle was the right puppy for us. Belle has added even more love and laughter to our home, truly a long awaited dream come true. Thank you for your commitment to such an awesome mission and all you do to better the lives of the animals you serve.
