Incredible piece of History turned into an amazing Park. The views are incredible as well as the wildlife that you stumble upon. Fantastic way to get some exercise in. Whether running walking or cycling, you can do it at your own pace. Many areas of the canal allow kayaking.

I haven’t been here in quite a while. So, it was great to get out there for a nice 5 mile run.

Nice place to take a stroll along the canal and enjoy nature. Only drawback is it being next to a busy road, the sound of the cars take away from the peacefulness.

Been riding bicycles thru the canal and we just passed through the Erie canal state park. Averaging around 12 miles a trip.
