Well maintained trail, with lots of wildlife. Make sure you find the eagles nest on the south end and keep your eyes open for those soaring eagles!!!
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice lake! But it appears that a good part of the shoreline is private… 😕. And for that reason 4 stars….
A nice, pretty place. We had lunch by the water and watched kayakers. Very pleasant.
A beautiful lake, great place to fish, picnic or just read a book under a shade tree. There are grills for cooking, picnic tables and a couple of pavilions to have birthday parties or family gatherings or whatever your celebration is for. We Love it here a little slice of heaven hidden in Dryden ny.
Lots of debris in the lake. Could have been runoff from the surrounding farms. Other than that the lake was awesome. Getting into the lake was very easy. a lot of room to explore with your kayak canoe or even sailboat. They had paddle boat rentals and more. Had a lot of fun the people were nice. We’ll definitely go back sometime.
