These apartments are small, no closet space, no extra storage. The walls are thin so if you are living on the 1st floor and your neighbor upstairs are loud, you’ll be able to hear everything that they are doing. The leasing office doesn’t do much about noise complaint’s so good luck with that. Also rent goes up every year after renewal of lease. The price of rent is not equivalent to the apartment size.

We lived here from 2022 to 2023, and let’s just say go find anywhere else to live please.- Had to call the police on our neighbors multiple times for domestic violence and constant noise complaints for blasting music between 12 – 4 am (police do not help anyone in this complex, they are regularly visiting)- Packages stolen or opened by neighbors and left in the hallways- You can hear EVERYTHING, walls and floors are very very thin.- The heat/AC units are ancient and maintenance cannot actually fix it because they would need to just replace the whole unit. Heat would turn itself off every night and AC would freeze every week and then flood the unit when defrosting. (Expect to pay NULL/month in the summer due to the ancient unit)- Tenants spilling trash and leaving it throughout the shared stairways.- The front office claims you can email them with issues but they do not respond.- Parking is atrocious, good luck getting a spot!- My car was hit and damaged in the parking lot, paint completely gone down to the metal on the rear driver door.- The trash always full and debris goes in the parking lot.- They claim to be “military friendly” but they just use the few military tenants they have to claim their community is safe. It is not.- Brown water from the day we moved in to the day we left, you need filters on every single faucet and shower head at all times.

Do not recommend ! We originally lived in building 35 and always had an ant problem! Now at 43 we had BROWN WATER for MONTHS ! It was reported from the day we moved in and all they kept doing was flushing our boiler. When we viewed the unit on July 27, 2023 I let them know that there was light brown water & our boiler was not changed until after New Year’s 2024 when the water was extremely brown, and after our showers, we started smelling like metal! We literally told them it was unlivable/unsanitary, and would proceed with legal action if it wasn’t fixed. That was the only reason they finally changed our boiler! Now Feb 5, 2024 we called “24 hour maintenance” because it seems there is an animal in our boiler area trying to get out, but they are saying we have to wait until the following day, Tuesday, because that is the only day pest control comes. There is no 24 hour maintenance and they will NOT reimburse you if you need to find another place to stay ! Trust me we asked when the water was brown in November and they said they could not reimburse.Honestly, what we pay rent is not worth it here! Nearly NULL a month for these problems. Attached, you can see all of the photos of the incidents. The only positive this place has is that their maintenance staff (Vince) is extremely nice. But unfortunately he can only do so much. It does not make the living situation any better here.

I lived here since 2 November 2005I have seen a great improvement since 2005. New siding and new windows were installed . New doors and deck were installed. New washer and dryer and stoveYes the kitchen cabinets are small and small closet space. I’m made adjustments to this by purchasing storage space units. The gym purchased new aerobics equipments but really need replacing the universal machine which stay broken with cable and broken plates.

To start I wish I didn’t rush into moving here cause the price was “good”. No amount of money is worth this place. Our sink was leaking the first week we moved in, fixed right away as I mentioned it while they were already in the apartment. Within two months of living there we had water start pouring in from upstairs as the neighbor left the water running all night and their diverter was leaking. Took a whole month for all of those issues to be somewhat fixed. We had to reach out multiple times for them to just do their jobs. They told us even after we found mold in the closet that there wouldn’t be any in the wall and dismissed us. Well, we opened the wall our self and we found mold, shocker. Now, for the second time we’ve had another leak. They closed the service request within 3 minutes of calling us saying they were going in. No call after, no follow up, nothing. I had to reach back out to figure out what happened so they sent someone else out. Suspicious. He actually looked around and went upstairs which took more than 3 minutes. I also let him listen to a a video of water dripping in the walls. He “assured” me it wasn’t water, but we haven’t heard it since, again, suspicious. We’ve been denied a credit to our rent as they don’t find these inconveniences enough. Attached is also what you can expect your closets to look like on the inside. Moral of the story, if you can afford to move somewhere else, do it.
