Far better than I expected! Free parking, a nice playground, and well maintained trails. Walk through the forest to see the beautiful Reedy River and waterfalls. Everywhere is a photo spot. Perfect for dogs too. Highly recommend!

Great place to walk and picnic. The water is still off limits due to pollution. 3 different entrances. 1 goes straight to the water. The other 2 go to the amenities

Glad that I chose Simpsonville area as home. Exploring areas nearby. So much to do under 10 mile radius. (And I’m not even talking about heading to downtown or up North by the mountains 😆)Cedar falls is my favorite so far!! Nowadays my neck of the woods.Great hiking trails for people of all abilities, with activity trail being shortest at the first entrance when you arrive from fork shoals (0.25 miles around playground). Then you have green trail, forest trail, river/nature trail along Reedy river, and the paved path (paved is closer from second entrance, but forest trail or nature trail will connect to it from first entrance too),Great way to stay healthy!!All trails connect to each other and to the falls and dam through them.

I was so surprised by this park. The waterfall was so beautiful. There was plenty of shaded spots to stop and drink my coffee or even to have a picnic. It was very dog friendly.

It’s a great park separated into zones. There is an area to get your steps or miles using their mile marker guide. There is also a nice waterfall which is approx a 15 minute walk from the park entrance. There are benches along the way for resting, there are also picnic tables.
