Life at Northern Cross has been far more than I could have ever imagined. From the moment we arrived to visit the property and view our unit, we realized that this was our home.Angel was very kind to stay a few minutes late to make sure that we had our application submitted correctly and all of our concerns were addressed. Christina was so happy to meet and ensure we had our keys to move in. The maintenance team has always been prompt, courteous, and respectful when we have a repair ticket. Sarah is always there to check on us and make us feel welcome. She keeps us updated on any community events so that we can enjoy our time here. Lauren is always happy to help us with any questions or concerns about payments.Even when we lost a loved one, they were available to lend an ear to listen and comfort us.Our home is safe, clean, and comfortable. Our neighbors are always courteous and friendly. Never have I had issues with parking or common areas.Even though we have only been here for 6 months, we want to stay here a while! The only thing that I would change is to move to a ground-level unit.Kudos to Northern Cross, you are an amazing team. I just want to comment on behalf of my past experiences from the maintenance guys. Whatever issues are reported to them, they don’t just come quick they also resolve all work orders quick. They are very helpful if you have any questions or concerns. Side note: Angel in the office is a GREAT, comforting help. He is very professional and prompt when assisting you with your needs, 10/10 to him! I would also like to comment that the management team here is always quick to address any concerns or complaints regarding trash, pet feces, smoke smell, noisy guests, even conditions of parking lots from their residents. Neighbors are respectful of your privacy. Kids and dogs are safe and happy to be outside. It’s just been a good review all around!
Jessica was an absolute godsend for me when I was moving in. I was moving from Atlanta. I had ordered a LOT of furniture. She moved all those heavy boxes into my apartment to keep them safe for me until I got there. First class service! The property is well maintained and maintence came and fixed whatever I needed on the same day I put my work order in. Beautiful property, great dog park. My view of the pool looks like a resort. Great layouts and prices too! I LOVE my apartment!
