Miscellaneous - Weatherford, TX

My little man Preston was a regular at Cowtown Canines (Weatherfrod location) for several months while we were living in the area & I couldn’t have asked for a better, more caring community to look after him. I never had to worry about him once while he was at this facility, whether in daycare or being boarded. I could list a million reasons why, but here’s a highlight reel. He got kennel cough once and Brittany sent us a list of recommendations to help before I could get him to the vet. If he missed a day of daycare I would get a call, for no other reason than to check to make sure he was okay. I will be the first to admit that Preston could sometimes be a…well, problem child, and Brittany and the staff were so gracious in giving us training recommendations and turning things into teachable moments for me. They were always kind and accommodating when life was a bit hectic for us. All that to say, Cowtown is a wonderful facility that is beautifully run by a group of people that just straight love dogs and love what they do. Wish I could’ve packed everyone up with us when we moved, I haven’t been able to get him to sit that still for a photo since 🤪 thank you guys for everything!!

I have been a client of Cowtown Canines for over 8 years. Brittany and her team have always gone above and beyond for our pup and our family. She has been there during an emergent vet visit to counsel us, helped out with countless boardings both planned and emergent. She has personally even called to check in on us during times of cross (like the 2021 snow storm)Our girl Rosie is a pit mix that other daycares wouldn’t take 8 years ago – Brittany took a chance on this former pound puppy and helped us shape her in to the goodest girl there is. She runs a tight ship and expects the best out of her employees because her clients are family.I have been to both facilities and think they are equally fantastic.

We recently moved here with our pack of 4 dogs ranging in ages from 10 to 2. Cowtown Canines has been so wonderful to us. We are so relieved to find such a great place to send our dogs for daycare, boarding and grooming. Our youngest rescue is very shy with new people and they have been so good to her and working on her confidence. Our shepherd mix who has attended other daycares and struggled with separation anxiety LOVES going to Cowtown Canines. I ask him if he wants to go to daycare and he starts jumping up and down lol. We are so grateful to have someone we can trust with our fur babies.

Today was only the second time I have left my GSD at a facility (first time at Cowtown Canines – Weatherford) and I was a little nervous how she would fit in because she is a very vocal pup. Brittany was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and personable and made me feel very at ease. My pup had a great day and is worn out. I am thrilled to have found this place and would encourage anyone to take their fur babies to CC. You won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to take my girl back next week. Thank you, Brittany!

Very happy with our dog’s teeth cleaning. We did not want her put to sleep since she had problems with anesthesia during a prior surgery. We are very pleased with the job that Brittany completed on our baby.
