CANNOT recommend a better place for your pup! We have a rescue who is very cautious of people and even other dogs because of an abusive past, but he felt right at home with Rhonda and even made a few furry friends. Having photos being sent to us and constant communication with Rhonda where she reassured us how well our pup was in her hands, we are in total peace with him staying there anytime! She’s gained a longtime customer and we will be recommending the Woof Lodge to all the pet parents we know. 10/10!!!
We boarded our dog here for the first time, and it was the best decision! This was the first time we had boarded him anywhere so we were a bit nervous of his behavior. Rhonda was so nice on the phone, and very thorough in her explanations. Our dog loved it there! I wasn’t sure if he wanted to come home when it was time to pick him up. The staff member, Ellie, took great care of him, and Rhonda even posted pictures that we could view online, which made us less anxious while we were away. We will definitely be back!
5 ⭐️ review from a first timer! I’m curious about who watches my boys, but I loved the location and the layout of the facility. Now, there’s so much more I love about them! If you’re looking for someone who will give all the extra love & attention while you’re gone, THIS is the spot! Seeing pictures of my boys while gone helped me know they were having a blast and made the guilt of leaving them melt away.This was only my second time boarding them anywhere. The first time (another boarder), they seemed super anxious when I picked them up. Today, they watched out the back window until Majestic Woof Lodge was out of sight and then seemed super sad to be leaving!Not only will I definitely be taking our boys back, but now I feel like I want to schedule more trips so THEY can have a great vacation too!! Highly highly recommend!!
We have had an excellent experience with boarding our 2 bullmastiffs. Rhonda happily gives my old guy meds, including his treats afterward. The center aisle of the kennel as well as the entry feeding area has nonslip lovely flooring, which absorbs sound, as well as keeps the dogs from skidding, and it doubles as a rainy day play area! The kennel is designed with two separate grassy outdoor areas so compatible dogs can play together, or be apart. The communication with Rhonda was excellent as were the photos! We drive an hour from Raleigh because we know our dogs will be safe, healthy and loved!
Rhonda is wonderful with dogs, and she runs a top notch facility! My dog, Ennis spent three nights at Majestic Woof Lodge back in February. She put me and my best companion at ease the minute we met her. Best of all, she kept me updated with photos and texts the entire time I was out of town. Additionally, I liked being able to see even more photos and posts on the kennel’s Facebook page. The kennel is clean and well designed for your pet’s every need. She gave Ennis a bath the day I picked him up, and he looked and smelled great! I have used this facility for many years and through several ownership changes. I’m well pleased and excited for the new level of service that Rhonda, Martin, & their fur babies bring to the kennel.
