FAQ for Neill’s Creek Park in Angier North Carolina:
I The description when it comes up on search is slightly deceiving. It is a park but by Park they mean ballpark. It’s also behind a school
This park is soooo nice! It’s in an odd location behind the high school and there aren’t arrows telling you which way to go.. but once you figure it out it is awesome. It is super clean and well kept. They have little flowers planted that are so cute. Right before you enter the park they have antique fire trucks that are super cool!
Third base dugout out smelled like pure sewage! Toilets in the womes restroom were overflowing. The ball fields however were pretty nice and well maintained
They have decent fields, but I could’nt find a batting cage, and they did’nt have a dirt mound.
Our church participates in an adult softball league and this is where the field is that we play on. It’s very well kept and everything is nice and clean there. The fields are very well maintained. There is multiple fields that have nice dugouts and there is nice bleachers for each side. The bathrooms aren’t disgusting and they seem to be kept up pretty well. There is a nice concession stand that offers all kind of goodies. The only thing I can say about the place that’s mildly frustrating is the parking. If you dont arrive early more than likely you will have a ways to walk but it is what it is. Not much space there for them to really expand the parking.
