We LOVE Pet Gal Waikoloa!You can trust on Pet Gal Waikoloa’s service being provided for the amount of time you contract as well as taking care of your pet. They are responsible and respectful of your home as well.Tara has been our cat’s main caregiver on days we work long hours or out of town. JB has bonded with her and loves their playtime.They have a great app which makes it super easy to schedule, to specify what you need done (they will even take out the trash if full /water plants, etc) if you ask, and to specify special dietary requests. They do a paid meet and greet first to make sure it’s a good fit for you as well as them.At the end of their visit, you are sent an email with a summary of their visit as well as pictures and tasks accomplished. Great to see and great to have photos too.
Tiphany was fantastic. She provided lots of feedback daily and took the cutest photos and we really felt good that someone was watching our for babies. She was really excellent and we really appreciate her. She did a great job I would recommend Hailii to anyone interested in going away and not knowing what would happen to their cats dogs etc. in fact I’m looking at scheduling another couple of days after the beginning of the year. We have had months of great experiences with Noreen and Bre! Noreen has been our main dog walker and Bre the backup so we know they will always show up. Noreen sends us great pics and shares the story of her visit, we love getting updates while we are at work. We highly recommend using this service for your fur babies
We have been using Shelley for almost 2 1/2 years now on a weekly basis to let our dogs out during the day while we are working and for overnights when we are on vacation. She is wonderful with our dogs and with us! She always lets us know how things are going.She was pet sitting our dogs during a brush fire last year that came close to the village and we were off island, and she had everything under control in case they needed to evacuate. She’s marvelous! Now we always check to see if she’s available BEFORE we make our vacation plans. I can’t recommend her enough.Happy dog mom and happy dogs.🐾
