Nice place to relax and enjoy the views of the river. We also checked out the history museum, which had a lot of local artifacts.

Nice little museum. The docent was very nice and shared a lot of information. Sorry I didn’t take any pictures inside the museum. There is a lovely park and river walk with swings.

Quiet park with a museum and a rich history. It has benches facing the majestic Ohio River: the view across to Ohio and the William S. Ritchie, Jr. Bridge over the Ohio River are sights to behold. There’s a rusty railroad bridge at the end of the park over Sandy Creek. Check it out and take amazing photos.Park is kid friendly.

A nice long park with a 1/2 mile paved walking area. There are picnic tables, swinging benches, and look like a fishing area. There is a museum and some history plaques throughout. I really enjoyed this spot as it was peaceful and beautiful.

Very nice park. Enjoyed the history of the park and remembering the good ol’ days of our childhood with swings etc in the park. The cabin was interesting and a nice garden. Loved the saying posted on the plow. Definitely would be a nice place to picnic and spend the day next to the Ohio River.
