Took my daughter here on a hot summer day. We visited the swimming pool which had lots of fun areas for young kids, and deeper areas and slides for bigger kids/adults. There is also a banquet hall next door. There is a pond with a foundtain and paddle boats. The rest of the park has baseball/basketball and a playground. There are shelters and plenty of space for picnics. There is a dog park way up on the hill behind the pool.
A little run down but still a nice place. There’s a good sense of community in places like this. Everything was pretty well clean and tidy. Great place for gatherings such as birthdays, funerals, celebrations, and corporate events. Amenities are all in order and there are many things to do on site.
Very good park, love the upgrades to the pool that were made several years ago.They’ve also added a dog park on the hill above the pool. It is absolutely huge and they left a good number of trees so it should have good shade in the summertime. I’m not sure when this was added, but it’s great.
My children and I loved it the only negative thing I can say is they were short staffed so they couldn’t open the slide
The grass area is so big. Your not sitting on each other. Also they are sanitizing the hand rails every break. Great place to spend time with your family 😊
