It’s been a while since I’ve been to launch 2. But they have made some very nice upgrades!!
There to watch crew companion between two high schools. Great place for this event. Has Pavillion, rest room and picnic tables.
This is a very nice quiet lake. the back part where we launched our canoe has very little boat traffic. there’s a large eagles nest there’s also little otters and a great place to catch bass.
There are two floating piers with a boat ramp between. The grassy parking area is well kept with a restroom that has running water. On the other side of the trees to the east, there is a picnic area with a pavillion. We have also enjoyed using the bike path that passes through and goes all the way around the lake.
There are 5 boat launches including the marina around Lake Wilhelm. The launch at the marina has a solid cement ramp into the water making it a favorite for dogs to use. Goddard State Park is all-around a fantastic place for boaters (20 mph max. Motor), bikers, dog walkers, birders, hikers. During the summertime, they sponsor several outdoor activities which are advertised on boards throughout the park. Handicapped accessible. Oh and Fisher people of course
