This is one of the forgotten playgrounds in the city. It’s not well managed, and it’s on the smaller side. Doesn’t have many parking options due to the face the resident across the st use the park parking. The park it’s self has more then enough space to update and expand. Alot of other parks in the city have already been done in the last two years.
Great park, been going here for years. Many activities for children such as a basketball court, a swimming pool, a swing set, a baseball field, and a tennis court. Alot of children have fun here in the summer time, especially once the pool opens!
Vernon Hill Park is a great stroll hands down. It offers an array of activity landings, such as a playground, baseball field, grass field, basketball court, swimming pool and everything more that the imagination can desire. The pathways are also varied and arbitrary, always making for an interesting, new and exiting walking route each time.
