Always such a fantastic time. My high energy dogs clearly love the open environment and it’s such a relief to leave town knowing my dogs are going to be in great hands. Whenever I get them back they are all tired and ready to cuddle after I bathe them, which is all I could want after missing them. We come from San Diego for drop off and the drive is well worth it!
The best place I’ve found for my high-energy dog!Thomas (the owner) and his team, especially Michael, are fantastic.It is apparent when speaking with them and seeing them interact with the pups that they both understand and more importantly love dogs.The value exceeds the price as I don’t have to think about my crazy little terrier from the moment I drop him off until the time I pick him up, inevitably filthy (they do offer baths though) and exhausted and happy from getting to tear around and just be a dog all day every day. I’ve left him for as long as a month and he’s always just as happy when I pick him up whether it’s been three days or 30 days.The exercise and pack time that he gets there is something that I simply can’t duplicate on my own. It truly is sleepaway camp for dogs.They’ve always been flexible and accommodating with dates of stays, they send pictures of my pup, and I’ve found them to be all-around salt of the earth good people who I can trust with my doggo.Having had dogs for 20 years, I am very selective about who I will leave them with.Cannot say enough good things about the Ranch and their team.I tell every dog owner in my neighborhood about them.Highly recommend!(Photos are actual photos they’ve sent me while my dog stayed with them)
We have been using Alpine Dog Ranch for over 15 years for two of our dogs, first Chance (Lab/Doberman mix), now Winter (Golden Doodle). They LOVE this place. When their car arrives for pick up our dogs get excited, tails wagging and jump in their vehicle- no hesitation. (By comparison when I take Winter to the groomers she refuses to get out of my car.) While we are gone we can see our dog on video running around and they send us pics. The dogs always come home happy and tuckered out- not once did they return sick. This family owned business is professional and responsible and has been a life saver. I feel like when we are on vacation, our dog is too!
My corgi loves coming here when I am out of town. He is so excited when we pull up to the ranch. He comes home exhausted. Alpine dog ranch is communicative and I know he is being well looked after. You can text them for info or pics too. Highly recommend this spot for boarding.
