Very nice waitress, food is delicious and all homemade. The crossaints melt in your mouth! The matcha is genuine and strong to! Not a huge range of options but just enough to find something you’d like. Prices are a little higher up there, but it’s absolutely worth it. They also sell other baked goods like cakes, cupcakes, bagels, bread, etc. 10/10 would come again!
Extremely poor customer service. Poor attitudes, lack of attentiveness, food was undercooked. Mimosas were warm. Iced coffee was warm. No one cleaned tables, no greeting or direction. . Ask the server if it was open seating. And she said I don’t care sit wherever… Sat down at the bar for 15 minutes before grabbing a servers attention myself and she was appald that I asked for a drink. Got my own menus and spent the rest of the time trying to put my order in with several different waitresses. Food came fast, undercooked and bland. Toast was great however after this experience I don’t see us coming back.
