This dog park features plenty of benches, trash cans, and poop scoopers, with old trees providing shade and a mulch ground surface that is great for dogs with grass allergies. We stayed here for two nights this past weekend. The rooms are small but it has everything you need. It even has a small kitchenette. We enjoyed the breakfast however very limited seating. The location is very close to Times Square and allThe broadway shows.

Absolutely terrible experience with this hotel and its staff. We booked a room for two with a king bed anf full sized pull out. We updated our booking to be for four people days before we arrived and were assured by staff that the room we had booked could accommodate four. When we arrived the room was not ready and we had to check in over an hour late, and when we got to our room it was a king studio with no pull out bed in sight. When we brought this issue to the front desk, they insisted the armchair was a pull out bed (it was not, we had checked to be sure) and they insisted they did not have full sized pull outs and the only room that accommodated four adults was a two-queen room despite what we were told on the phone when we changed our reservation. They refused to acknowledge the falsely advertised room (photos online showed a full sized pull out bed, they insisted that was not the case in ANY room) on their website, their failure to update the reservation when we called, and told us that we were given the room we were given because there were “only supposed to have two guests.” Regardless of how many people we had, we booked a room with a pull out bed and none was provided. The arm chair in the room would not have fit a toddler bed, despite their insistence that that was the bed they would provide.Sebastian at the front desk was extremely rude for this entire interaction and tried to tell us the entire situation was our own fault despite ample evidence to the contrary, and I would name his manager had she bothered to come to the desk to speak with us when he called her to ask of they could book us the other open room in the hotel (which she said no to) or help transfer us to another hotel that could accommodate us (also a no from them.)In the end we were forced to call the corporate line to transfer our booking to a different hotel for the night and Carrie was wonderful in assisting us with the issue.

Summary: (Stay: August 6, 2025) this hotel is located down the street and around the corner from Times Square. Maybe a five minute walk but close to the theater district. The downfall is the elevator which is unbearably slow so if you don’t believe you can wait for it ask for a lower floor so you can walk up and down the steps to bypass the elevators deficiencies. The breakfast is free and pretty decent when I was there, they had fried eggs, pork, sausage, seasoned potatoes with fruit available and yogurt plus bagels. The downfall is there is not enough seating in the main area for everyone or many people to sit so you may need to go back up to your room to eat.Cons: The elevator really needs to be fixed. It is so slow that you don’t even feel like you’re moving and it takes so long to open up when it gets to a floor that you’re sitting there for at least two or three minutes just hanging in mid air also, they need to find a way to extend the seating in the breakfast area and there is a stuffy ear about the reception area.Pros: it’s featured in a great location, close to many things that you would like to probably walk to, and they mentioned that the doors lock around 7 PM so it feels more secure, which makes you comfortable staying there. When I stay there, I had no issues with the air conditioning as mentioned in other peoples reviews. I stayed in room 607 so you may want to ask for that room it’s right in front of the elevator when you get off of the floor which is very Convenient. Thanks! Follow me for more. ❤️

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and impeccable attention to detail at this hotel. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. They even offered a complimentary welcome drink and provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with modern touches and cozy lighting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens felt luxurious. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities — from the plush bathrobes and slippers to the fully stocked minibar and in-room coffee maker. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. It featured a wide variety of fresh options including fruit, pastries, local specialties, and made-to-order omelets. The dining staff were attentive and cheerful, creating a relaxed and enjoyable start to each day.The hotel also breakfast a fantastic fitness center and secure . I took advantage breakfast after a long travel day, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The facilities were clean, serene, and well-maintained.What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the customer service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering late check-out, or just checking in with a smile — their commitment to guest satisfaction was clear. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s ideal for both business and leisure travelers looking for quality, comfort, and exceptional service. I will definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay

I had a mixed experience during my 5-night stay at this NYC hotel. The location was absolutely perfect for my Broadway-focused trip – couldn’t have asked for better positioning to catch shows. The Positives:The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff truly stood out. Every team member I encountered was genuinely friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile whenever we crossed paths. This level of consistent hospitality made a real difference in my stay. The Negatives:The single elevator was painfully slow, to the point where I gave up and used the stairs for most of my stay. Despite specifically requesting no housekeeping, the service continued daily regardless of my preferences. The breakfast was standard fare – nothing special but adequate.Value Concerns:My biggest disappointment was the poor value when booking with Marriott Bonvoy points. I later discovered I could have saved NULL per night by paying cash instead, making my 5-night points redemption feel like a significant waste of rewards currency. While the staff’s warmth and the prime location were definite highlights, the elevator issues and especially the poor points value prevent me from rating this stay higher. Future travelers should carefully compare cash vs. points pricing before booking.
