Small park in a quiet neighborhood, rarely busy. Great place to bring dogs, trails stretch behind the park and there are usually dogs playing on the grass!

Great park to do anything ball-game related because of how flat it is. There’s some of the best trails in the area behind the park, for hiking or biking. It has a great view over the la costa canyon and Bataquitos lagoon, as well as multimillion dollar mansions right next to actually (kind of) affordable housing, a great representation of american capitalism.

The playground at Cadencia park is extremely small since it’s primary purpose is to serve the locals in the neighborhood but the big draw for us was to go biking on the surrounding trails. Henry loves a good bike/park combo (especially when the park has swings) so this park was great for us! Would have given it a higher rating if it were a little bigger and if there was a bathroom.📍3310 Cadencia St, Carlsbad, CA 92009🚙Free street parking💰This park is free🎠The play structure has bucket swings and is built on a rubber/sand ground surface🚽NO restrooms🧺1 picnic table🖼Large lawn🌟Clean grounds🛣Far from busy roads but close to a neighborhood street🏘Tucked into a quiet beautiful neighborhood🥾Dirt hiking trails

Quiet park, good scenery. Near hiking/biking trails. A great strategy is to ride/walk here from la Costa Reserve and order food from uber eats.
