FAQ for Lonny Brewer County Dog Park in El Cajon California:
I do love the updates they have done to this park. They added fenced off small and large dog area, water fountains for humans and dogs, and green grass is lush and beautiful. They have added more picnic tables, but unfortunately the park does not offer restrooms still. However, over all it is looking good.
A dog attack my puppy at this park, the owners did not take any responsibility or grab their dog but proceeded to insult us and blame on us. Worst experience!!We report them to police and police told us this park it’s not a good one or safe at all.
This dog park is adorable! I have come a couple times and the owners all know each other and are super friendly. I love that there is shade, benches and grass unlike the other parks in San Diego.
This is a five acre park with plenty of on-street parking. There is a large amount of space to play games, but the ground isn’t level. There are benches, picnic tables, and the community has even brought lawn chairs into the dog areas.About a quarter of the park is heavily used for dog exercise yards. There are three fenced yards according to size of dog: large, mixed and small. Disabled ramps to the street sidewalk provide access to the park.
Awesome dog park. Three unleashed areas for big, small, and big or small dogs. Nice that it is all grass. Has some bigger trees for shade. Will be even nicer once all new trees grow in. No restrooms or playground but plenty of open area to roam
