Small dog area has A Lot of sticky grass seeds on the back half. My dog had so many grass seeds stuck in her paw pads she wouldn’t walk. She didn’t enjoy the grooming needed to remove all the seeds that were stuff throughout her 3/4″ fluffy coat. At least they weren’t foxtails? The seeds seem mostly to be in the small dog area. We’ve been in the large dog areas before but she doesn’t like being chased so we can’t go in if anyone else is using it.We’re unlikely to return and don’t recommend the small dog area for any pups unless their coat is short and stiff.

I appreciate that there are all size areas (2 separated fenced in) and a small dog one. Cute off shoot dirt and grass trails to walk around. Some grass too.

We love this dog beach. Arrive prior to 10:30am on weekdays during peak season, and 9am on weekends . You can find parking pretty easily. There is also a water fountain for dogs to drink water, and you are also able to wash them off.

Far from the kids playground so it protects both dogs and children from interaction. Large field around the pens. Pens have different sizes allowed. Please don’t put your huge dog in with the small ones, there is a reason for that. Over all great park trash available l, as well as potty stations, wish people used it more though. PLEASE IF YOU COME HERE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG AND COVER HOLES THEY MAKE.

Very clean and well maintained. Dog run is really big for each section and all of the dogs seemed well mannered. There are a few regulars that tend to socialize and be friendly while your dogs play.
