Nicole and the pets a go go team in Briarcliff have been amazing with our dog for the last four years now. He’s at daycare a couple of days a week and regularly boards there when we’re away. He’s always greeted by name and runs in excitedly every time! They take such good care of him and it’s so reassuring for us when we drop him off. He recently had a little rash when we dropped him off for daycare and Nicole was in touch with us less than an hour after drop off to make sure that we were aware of it. They’re a great team and we’re so grateful for the way they look after our pup.
Spring break so every canine boarding facility is booked solid…I have a family emergency in Texas & must find care for my 3 dogs. Explained this serious situation to Nicole & she graciously accommodated my dogs. In addition, the care they received was amazing, particularly my 12 year old girl dealing with some health issues. When I arrived to bring them home, 2 dogs were lounging on the couch & just raised their heads slightly as if to say, “Nice to see you but we are just fine at Pets a Go Go in Stamford.” Furthermore, I am so impressed with Jane, the manager; she is an absolute gem who takes her position VERY seriously, and her demeanor & confidence is so reassuring to me as a dog owner. Jane knows and i mean KNOWS the dogs boarding at Pets a Go Go. The facility is very clean, no doggy odor, and all of the canine guests I observed in the daycare room were calm and looked so, so happy. You can’t make a dog look calm & happy on cue – that’s for sure. Nicole, Jane, & the other staff members are the gold standard in my book!
