I like to stay in this hotel every time I travel for business in the area. They’re in a nice location and have restaurants nearby. It is extremely clean and the staff is friendly.
This hotel is horrible! I booked two rooms for two nights for my dad’s birthday surprise. We were taking him and my children (2 & 3) to Sleepy Hollow. After a 6 hour drive with traffic we arrived at the hotel to check in. I had confirmation numbers for the reservation and individual room confirmations ONLY to find out they overbooked the hotel and canceled our reservations without any knowledge. I checked my email to find an email from the third party at 6:01pm letting us know they were just notified this hotel canceled our stay. It was 6:20pm when we tried to check in after 45 mins of traffic (1 mile from hotel). The lady at the desk was snippy and wouldn’t see how this affected us. We had to travel 1.5 hours north to find a place to stay for the night. I am beyond saddened a hotel would do this to people. Stay here only if you can afford to be told “we don’t have your rooms we overbooked”
Nice place. Very clean and the rooms has plenty of room. Lots of parking and the mall its in has a large selection of restaurants.
My room was comfortable, clean and well maintained.The front desk staff was very pleasant.This is my second time staying here and will stay again the next time I am in the area
I’m still staying here, but I’m impressed. Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly, and the location is great.. Movie theater 50 yards away. Italian 50 yards away. Good Japanese/Chinese fusion across the street. Included breakfast is good. Hint: the entrance to the hotel is BEHIND THE BUILDING ON THE SECOND LEVEL. I would absolutely come back.
