We have had a very good experience so far with the Ascend by the Sea apartment complex on Roxana. My elderly parents moved in earlier this year and both Lauren and Melanie in the office were extremely helpful with the whole process. The facility is beautifully well-maintained and has a lot of great amenities. The handicap spaces are accessible and well placed with a nice flat curb.
Lauren Foster was professional and very helpful from our first visit to getting the keys. The apartment is lovely and has a good layout. We are excited to be part of this community.
Excellent staff and timely maintenance. Very beautiful amenities and love how it makes you feel at home. Pool is very nice and just wish it was heated and could use all year around. Also wish dog park was available
