Wonderful group of people. What they have done for us and our dog over last 3 years , no other business would do. They are like family and they treat all dogs as they were their own. We are forever thankful to have found Tom and his team.

They have a great system set up for the animals. They’re a whole 360. Not only training, daycare with room to run and play, also they are set up to do grooming with an appointment.Certainly, the best benefit if you live in Dover, they have a small bus that will pick up your animals early in the morning and drop them back off late afternoon. Both of my puppies love Tom.Give them a call to discuss your needs and see what they have to offer.
In a moment of uncertainty and fear, I surrendered my Belgian Malinois Neeko, who I raised since he was 3 months old, to Tom at training tails. I could not keep him at my then residence due to an unfortunate incident no fault to Neeko. I was unable to move to a new residence at that time. In fear of his destruction I panicked and I turned him over, regrettably. I am human and that was a mistake. As it turned out, he would have been ok staying with me and I now have a new residence. I miss Neeko terribly and he helped me get through some of the toughest challenges of my life. After 8 months of missing Neeko, I reached out to Tom and asked for Neeko back, admitting I had made a mistake and I offered to pay for all his vet bills and fees. Tom initially did not have enough professionalism to answer my emails so I had to reach them on Facebook messenger. He said he would consider my request and then never got back to me until I contacted him again several days later. Tom said no then added the insult of saying “best of luck”, which under the circumstances was a middle finger. Yes I acknowledge I surrendered Neeko but im human and he was my best friend for nearly 3 years. Do not take your dogs to Training Tails, they will take advantage of you and they are unprofessional based upon my experience. I am truly sad and heartbroken but do not put any faith in this company to do the right thing.
