I’ve been struggling terribly just to find out who owns these apartments someone said Omega Realty Group bought it and they don’t have any properties and blunts for all their properties are from Birmingham St Clair County I am very confused I would like to apply but it’s been a year now and I still haven’t got any progress on this can anyone help me who do I call who do I talk to LOL they seem to change hands a lot as far as ownership so if anyone that lives there can help me who do you pay your rent to would be greatly appreciated LMAO
When I lived there, it was nice I lived there for 10 years r more. They started selling alot. They are a tax exempt property. Which was always changing management. Which was bad. Cause the apts started going down hill really .
I’ve had a great experience here. Im a single mom who recently lost my husband and Mrs. Kelsi was amazing helping me get into the town house. I had issues with my bank taking forever and she was so patient and sweet the whole time. She has became a great friend threw this whole experience. I had one small issue with my fridge and kelsi had me a new fridge the next day. The apartment is so clean and smells so good. They are very understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Ive lived in apartments before and this is by far the best. Very quiet as well.
I have live here for several years and I love it. I’m a single woman so it’s important to feel safe. I have never had a problem. Monica is a great manager and always sympathetic to people’s needs. If a problem ever comes up she sends someone to fix it immediately.
