Is it a real ampitheate? No not really but it is an interesting spot to hang out. Relax and perhaps listen to a music act, spoken word etc. Huge rocks provide atmosphere and objects to sit on, or sit things on. Surrounded by Woodley Park and the Sepulvada Basin Reserve.

Absolutely beautiful, even at night. They apparently water the grass at 10pm though so be aware of that.
