Very positive experience with the application process and moving in. The place was clean when I moved in and their maintenance person is very responsive anytime I’ve needed anything.

Denied because income is “over the limit for a 3-person household”. Tried speaking to someone because this is obviously incorrect and was simply told “all I can tell you is you’re over the limit”. I made NULL,000 last year and income limits on sheet they gave me stated the income limit for a 3 person household is NULL,840.Today we received a letter stating the same thing with no additional information. Guess me and the kids continue sleeping on friend’s couches and floors.
I’ve lived here 3+years now and my family loves it. The large play area and safe neighborhood make it ideal for families. The management is personable and professional. The rates are reasonable. I commute to the cities for work because I can’t find as nice a place any closer to the cities within my budget. I’m lucky to live there!
