This park has alot to offer, I walk through it regularly on my breaks, nice view of the lake (not a swimming or recreational lake), well kept shelters, memorials, flowers, and playground. Kids love to climb on the cannons even if I never let mine because I feel like it’s part of the memorial but the kids really enjoy it so, I’m kinda swayed on my opinion. I have rented one of the shelters there for bday parties and everyone enjoys themselves. N9ce path by the lake and walking distance to the nice swimming pool.
