I recently began using Hobe Sound Country Club Kennels for a newly adopted Dutch Shepherd (Mako). I was looking for a boarding and daycare facility that offered ample space and enrichment activities for Mako. This place hits it out of the park with a fenced in dog park, indoor play area, slat mills, and personal sleeping areas for the dogs. Christine and her crew have been absolutely fantastic with Mako. He’s a high energy dog, and they make sure to exercise him and pair him with dogs with similar energy/temperament to ensure safe and fun socialization and play time.I highly recommend checking out the facility and giving them a try. It’s really a unique boarding/day care facility for the area and they offer great value for the level of service your dogs receive.
Christine Hansrote has built a truly amazing place at Hobe Sound Country Club Kennels. She was totally a visionary in doing this. Going from just walking our 2 Golden Retrievers daily to having a place where our dogs can free roam and play with other dogs has been awesome for them.They’re the happiest dogs in the world after a day at doggie day care, and they truly love being boarded there as well. Their boarding facilities are par excellence and they love every minute there. Her staff is great and they love their job there. Always wonder whether my doggies really want to come home after boarding them there.Can’t say enough good things about Christine and her kennel. We know that they’re being treated like royalty when they’re there.
My girl Layla is a Weimaraner. If you know anything about the breed then you understand that they need lots of exercise. I found out shortly after Christine opened the daycare and kennel where she was and I began to bring my girl out to run in the just under 2 acre lot. Then I began to work more hours, I put her in daycare several days a week. Everyday when I would bring her she could not wait to get out of the car to go play with her friends. When I pick her up she is happy she is tired! It is an amazing place with people that are not only knowledgeable, but love dogs and what they do! I leave my girl and I never worry about how she’s being taken care of. I’ve recently had a major surgery and I’m not able to walk on my own yet. Layla has been at boarding for a month now. It is the biggest relief and the biggest blessing I could ever ask for to not worry about how my dog is doing I get pictures, I get reports I know how happy she is with all her friends. I cannot thank Christine and the staff enough to allow me to recuperate without the worry of how is my dog doing I cannot say enough good about Hobe Sound Country Club Kennels! My dogs LOVE going to doggie daycare at Hobe Sound Country Kennels! They socialize with all the other dogs. They also love swimming in the dog pools. The kennel is immaculate, and the staff is great! There is no other place I would trust with my dogs!!!
