My daughter rented the building for my 2 year old grandson’s birthday party on Sunday 07/27/25 . It was 200.00 for the building and 100.00 security deposit. She was told she couldn’t go in and turn on the air until 8 am on Sunday. We go in there and it’s 85 degrees. The place hadn’t been cleaned or occupied in months. We had to sweep up large back bugs, spiders, ants etc. They didn’t have any type of cleaning supplies except a broom and dustpan. I ran home and got cleaning supplies just so we could clean to start setting up for the party, including trash bags bc those weren’t provided either. The building never got cool. We ended up ending the party around 2 pm . We left the place better than it was found. There was no dumpster and we didn’t want to put the bags outside for animals to destroy so we left them in side. But when my daughter when to get her deposit of 100.00 back they didn’t give it to her because she left 3 trash bags. So it sounds like they wanted us to take the trash with us. They were rude and just not very nice people. I definitely won’t ever rent a venue from them again and I highly recommend everyone who does to take before and after pictures.

Nice trail a little more than a 1/4 of a mile around. They have kids swing set with a playground, several covered picnic tables with power and water, several adult swings, and a community building that you can rent for birthday parties, etc. They even have a turkey shoot in around November at night. Several shade trees are around the property to get out of the sun.

This park is adorable. It has plenty of picnic tables, lots of play areas for the kids, all ages, plus a walking trail. It isn’t big but it’s well maintained. There’s security cameras so you feel safe… Oh and there’s corn hole and horse shoes along with several “porch swing” for the adults!

The walking trail is much shorter than expected but my kids still had fun 😊
