Great spot if your dog likes to chase balls or disc

I have to thank the City of Safety Harbor for making this space available. First, the area chosen (when compared to other cities) is not near any highway or bustling city traffic. Although it is under electrical power lines. Where I think some people will have some objections, not me. The area is sunny, and there is plenty of grassy area for your dog to run. There are doggy poop bags available. Fourth, it would be nice if the bench would be inside the enclosure, but there is a bench right outside the enclosure at the entrance. There was no water available.

A useful, fenced-in area. Exactly as it’s advertised, this acre is available for playing fetch or allowing your dog to sprint off leash.Pros: completely fenced with latching gate, flat area, no holes to fall in, grass is cut short, grass is well-established (not muddy), trash and poop bags available for use, secluded location.Cons: Limited shade before 6pm, no seating, no restrooms, no foot wash, 3-4 parking spots.I recommend it for pups who love to sniff, explore, fetch, and sprint. Not the best venue for very social dogs because it’s unlikely you’ll see another family.

This dog park is just a semi-large fenced-in area for your dog to play. There is no water but there are dog bags and a trash can. If you decide to check it out watch out for dog poop. Unfortunately, guests don’t pick up after their pets. Most importantly bring water and a bowl for your furry friend.

Nice hidden gem to let the dogs run off some energy. This is a no frills kinda place. There usually a few tennis balls laying around and clean up bags. I like that it’s one family at a time. My dog is really timid around other dogs and regular parks overwhelm him.
