I stopped at a yardsale today and I bought 8 big bags of Dog food for NULL each and I dropped it off at the shelter.. ❤🙏🐕 feeling blessed
I walked by my window and noticed a dog in the fast running creek (pretty large with a park and walking path and people always have their pets in the park so at first I didn’t think anything, then a few minutes later I walked by and realized there was no one around and he was not moving, so he must have chased a duck or something and got in over his head literally but luckily he found a large rock to stand on and wouldn’t move I tried to get him to come to me but he wouldn’t move so I got my neighbor’s attention and he called the fire department and they helped us get him out and then we called friends of the pound and they reunited him with his family with help from the sheriff department
Very nice people! They are all helpful and caring people… I injoy donating blankets and other stuff to the animals they love new stuff! Thank you so much for my new puppy!!
It was a very rainy and miserable day for the adopt-a-thon. We had a good time anyway. Wish more pups could have found furever homes. They had some really cute ones❤️🐾🐾. Next time, come and see us, 🌧️ or ☀️!
As an employee there, I can tell you how much we care about these dogs. Along with the great volunteers we are always striving to give the best care. Adopting is simple and we are always hopeful for a good match, good conscientious humans. We are trying to make our hours better for the working public. These dogs are wonderful. Please research your breeds, know what activity, life style, traits and energy level you are looking for before you come in. The choices are huge and you’ll get lost in the selection. Don’t choose a dog by it’s looks. The dogs have seen a vet, are microchipped and ready to decompress with a new family structured home. We offer 2 free visits with a trainer so you can get familiar with some good tips and information. We want each adoption to be their forever home.
