My kids grew up playing in this park…they still love it today. The 4th of July is the best.

We got there way too early for anything to be going on. Didn’t have a schedule for Saturday, July 3rd celebration, but it sure didn’t start as early as 2 PM. We easily parked in the park (unheard of), food trucks were just opening and picnic tables were all stacked up. No rides were running when we arrived but the flea market was all set up and seemed quite popular. My grandson did get a chance – actually many chances – to try his hand at bull riding as we were getting ready to leave. We decided satin basketball shorts are not the best choice for bull riding.I have a feeling that this place looked entirely different at about 7 PM since fireworks was scheduled for 9 that night.
