FAQ for Bark Park in Marysville Ohio:
The bark park is great. My only caution would be – while there are a lot of great dogs, there are a lot of dogs that are not well behaved. Have had multiple occasions where pet owners are unable to recall their dog, or have them release a toy, or they go after small dogs …just things to be aware of. Park itself is great, clean, has fresh water, and for the most part people pick up after their pets.
Wow! I never would’ve known this was here, it’s tucked into a back lot away from the main street and if you’re driving to fast, you’ll miss it! This BarkPark has two separate fenced yards. One for active dogs, and another one for senior, or not very active dogs. Lots of walking path and two big tunnels for the dogs to run through! We had gone on a Saturday morning and there were maybe 5 other dogs with us. Great local spot to let your puppy run wild!
Wonderfully spacious and beautiful dog park. It might be the nicest dog park I’ve ever been to, and I’ve lived in California, Kentucky, and Japan. I only have a two gripes:1. I wish they had a drinking fountain inside the park as well as outside it.2. Typically dog parks are separated into small dogs vs large dogs. I have two small dogs who are both very active. I didn’t want to bring them to the “less active” side, in case they bothered a senior dog. However, the active side had many big dogs, which frightened my little guys.I don’t know what the solution is really; I might just have to flip flop between the sides depending on what kind of dogs are present.
This was our first time at the park and our dogs loved it! So much space to run, the gates are secure, and the grass is well-maintained! We will definitely be back!
This dog park has two separate parks, one for small dogs and one for large dogs. A great place where you can take your dog off the leash safely and get a walk in. I kindly thank the City keeping the park well maintained…
