Meh, the chicken fried steak was made from frozen, and the gravy tasted like flour. The sidewinder fries were awesome!! I’ve had a few burgers and they were great. The shakes have always been really good also.
I got there monthly special in there 1/2 lb selection wife got a deluxe BBQ simmered. I do not go out for burger almost never. I’m usually disappointed like with steaks. I am not here at all I’m a fry and tater tot snob. I got these sidewinder frys as ya can see defintley make a top fry list. The tots perfectly done. Have lots more to try from here. The wife is happy I found a burger joint we don’t have to drive over hour too. I can not wait to try the rest. That sweet tea is made proper too extra sweet and plenty of tea.
Wife and I ate here on a Friday at 7p. Food didn’t take very long to come out and was obviously prepared to order. I had 1/2 lb steak burger, she had breaded chicken sandwich and fried pickle chips. Would definitely recommend. At time of posting, there is a cute covered outside eating area.
The wife picked this place, she’s been looking for an amazing hamburger for months. The burgers weren’t bad for preformed frozen patties, reminds me of a weekend family cookout. The kids liked their burgers and the other really liked her corn dog, said she wants to go back. The fries were good and the onion rings get a 8 out of 10. Onions weren’t to strong and the coating was crunchy and had a good flavor. I should have put some salt on them. Just an FYI, they don’t have a restroom for customers.
The milkshakes are 5 stars all the way! However the food was a little disappointing. I thought a place that specializes in burgers would make their own burgers. The taste was ok, but the burger patties seemed like ones I’ve bought at Sam’s club before. I also wish they would have asked me if I wanted toppings instead of assuming I would know to ask. It came completely plain.They also don’t have a restroom, which is fine but there was no way to wash your hands from the sticky food. They didn’t even have wetnaps or hand sanitizer for that matter.The people were very friendly though.
