The Vinings are very upgraded and the staff are very nice and accommodating. The staff know their residents by name, and develop very personable relationships. They host very fun and engaging events to get the community together. I love the community’s amenities and the atmosphere! I highly recommend leasing here.
I can’t comment on actually living here, as I ultimately picked another property, but it was no fault of anyone here at Vinings. As many others have said, Monica at the leasing office is fantastic at what she does. She was an excellent resource in answering all the questions I had about the property and available units, and she even went above and beyond to get a couple of very specific questions answered. Management, do everything you can to keep her around for a long time! She is an excellent representative for the property.
