Great park to let the kids explore, we found some rocks with gold ore in them that was an interesting find. I cannot confirm nor deny the presence of any fish I’m the lake as I have never caught any. Although I can confirm the presence of snake, turtles, gold ore, and a great scenery! I will keep yall updated on the presence of fish confirmation! Lol

Beautiful park! Love the walking trail surrounding the entire lake! Very peaceful and serene. I come here often. Took a few pics, recently, of the lovely fall colors in the trees surrounding the lake. Could spend all day here. There’s no playground; but the park is dog-friendly, there are restrooms, a nice covered picnic area and fishing piers as well.
This park is quite the hidden gem. At a distance, the lake remains unseen, revealing its beauty only as you approach the parking area. The trail stretches for about half a mile.
