Ohhhh what a great place. Hasn’t changed much since the last time I was there, a few years ago. Great food and awesome wait staff. Can’t wait until Thursday… the BEST split pea soup w huge croutons omgggg!!
One of the better diner experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered berry pancakes and matzoh ball soup. My dining companion had the soup as well, a smothered chicken special with a garlicky pan sauce over mashed potatoes, and a coconut cream pie. Portions were quite generous and the prices fair, accordingly. I wish the soup had any carrots in the broth but the two matzoh balls were large and the broth comfortingly salty. The chicken came with mushrooms and onions and was a standout. I would come back for that dish alone. My pancakes were huge and fluffy, with strawberries, bananas, blueberries, and whipped cream. We didn’t get any cocktails but that is an option here and they have an extensive dessert menu. There’s a parking lot with ample spots.

Good for a quick bite. Typical diner experience. The flavor of the food was not over the top amazing, but good. I enjoyed my milkshake and I got a meatball and spaghetti, the meatball was strangely sweet but i still ate it. My meal came with half priced desserts. The dessert was pretty good, also not out of this world. The chicken parmesean sandwich was kind of bland and plain. The servers and hosts were very kind, service was excellent. Rocky is an excellent waiter.
