It used to be a lovely place to live back in 2021. Over the past few years, overdevelopment due to greed ruined the beautiful, calm, green neighborhood. Now it’s just a bunch of cookie cutter homes everywhere – all the lovely trees have been cut. The sound of nature has been replaced with the sound of traffic. The smells of nature has been replaced with the smell of gasoline. Traffic has become horrible. HOA is absolutely useless: they collect lots of money but do nothing to enhance outdoor spaces with natural beauty – rather they are complicit in the destruction of it. If you bring this up to the people who spearhead the HOA, they will laugh it off. Unless I guess if they get asthma or cancer from all the pollution. Stay away from this neighborhood at all costs!

Construction is ongoing in this neighborhood, so the roads are constantly dirty, it’s very loud all day and the construction workers have started stealing water from our outside faucet. The large resort style pool they advertise with slides and a lazy river? Well, the lazy river has been under repair since we moved in 7 months ago with ugly yellow tape everywhere and because they used all the money to repair the lazy river, they told us they will be unable to open the slides this year. There is also a huge problem with people sneaking in from other neighborhoods who have no key and should have no access to the pool area. The neighborhood is poorly designed…there is a one-way street behind the homes with access to the garages (BTW no one can decide or agree on which way that one-way goes so you’re constantly running into other people). In the front of the homes, there is a narrow two way street, but because everyone parks in front of their homes, that has become a one-way street too with cars barely able to squeeze through. You don’t get a traditional mailbox either. They have centrally located boxes and no way to send out going mail. The one time I tried to, the mail person just shoved my new mail on top of it and left it in the box. Also this is the most poorly constructed house I have ever lived it. Nothing is square; I can’t even put a rug down because it draws attention to how uneven all the lines are. Even the doorbell box is crooked. It’s like they didn’t even try. The flooring keeps coming loose and sliding under the baseboards (how is that possible!?). Also, see the photo below of what we like to call our “Iron Maiden Garage.” There are rusty nails sticking through the wall everywhere…probably 100 or more total. Looks like a law suit waiting to happen.Because of the construction, the sewer lines have backed up into the house because the lines were filled with pieces of drywall and gravel. The construction teams have also accidentally cut through our electrical and internet lines on separate occasions, leaving us without service for hours. Finally, the houses are about two inches apart, so if you want privacy or a yard for the kids to play in, this is not the place for you.The two stars are for location. I am happy to be just minutes away from a Publix and a gas station. There are also a few fast food places 5-8 minutes away. Also, there is a school within walking distance if you have children to send there.

The HOA exists for the common good of the community but it is not an enforcement force for every property owner complaint however minor. Effective immediately please cease sending emails to the HOA unless the matter is a critical emergency. We will no longer respond to any other type of email from you.WITH THIS BEING SAID THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT HOMEOWNERS PROPERTY OR ANYTHING ELSE
