Buna Ball Park was great! Today we had a benefit for very dear friend and was able to utilize the Buan Ball Park as a opportunity to have a fund raising Rag Ball tournament. The turnout was great as well as the participation of all those individuals as well as families that were their. Parking , bathrooms, covered areas to set up and cooking could not have asked for more clean and accommodating location.
Brought service dog up there and an older man rudely said it had to leave NOW. Followed them to the parking lot saying he knows its not a service dog and that he didnt care even if it was. 1st off a service dog doesn’t always have a vest and the papers for it Do NOT have to be shown. I was offended by the mans remark and it wasn’t even my dog. Maybe the park needs BETTER workers and somebody with knowledge of service animals. Also learn how to approach somebody instead of embarrassing or trying to embarrass them.
