Training with Corey has been a 360 degree life change for us and our dogs. Our 3 year old German Shepard and Pitbull were great indoors but unmanageable outdoors. After only one session we saw major changes in our dogs. After a few sessions both dogs are disciplined, well socialized, and perfected on the leash both indoors and outdoors, allowing us to maintain the best lives for us and our pups. Thanks Corey!

I met Corey a few years ago for a consultation for my young dog with leash issues and anxiety problems. I was impressed by his knowledge and his approach as I have worked with other dog trainers in the past that have done nothing but take my money. He knew within minutes of meeting us what my dog needed and especially what I needed to change to help my dog. Within only a few sessions he showed me techniques and ways that changed my life in so many ways. I can now take her places without having to worry about her running away or attacking other dogs.

I’ve been taking my 5-month old German Shepherd to Corey and Jana and I absolutely love it. Corey is a phenomenal instructor, he’s very patient and so knowledgeable. Jana is amazing and provides a lot of guidance and care. They both love dogs and know how to handle any age and kind. They’ve showed me great techniques with their obedience and agility programs. I highly recommend!

My puppy Otis was very strong-willed, and would not come when called. One day he ran out of the park and I thought I’d never see him again. Enter Corey, whom I had met and seen him work with some very difficult dogs.In only a few weeks of working with Corey, Otis turned into an amazing, obedient dog. He’s now nine years old and as well trained as ever. And he is always excited to see Corey in the park. I’ve recommended countless people to Corey over the years and will continue to do so. He gets dogs, and knows just how to work with each one.

Corey has been working with me and my husband and our small Chihuahua mix dog Logan for several months (now just in “maintenance” and for walks /boarding). Logan is a smart and trainable but fierce dog whose bite is much stronger than he looks, and is fear-reactive on leash and toward puppies. He has a very strong hunting drive and has run off from us while off-leash many times. This is our 4th round of training, and the first one through which we have seen not only measurable improvement in Logan’s behavior but growth in our relationship with him and a deeper understanding of him and his needs. What we immediately loved about working with Corey is not only did he take our small fierce dog seriously, but he also emphasized bonding and communication will him as much as correcting his behavior. Corey works within our comfort zone, makes me feel heard and comfortable expressing my concerns, gives space for stress release, and helps us find ways to correct Logan using only correction tactics with which we felt comfortable. Corey told us something that will stick with me forever and could not feel more accurate: “your relationship with your dog is the most honest one you will ever have.” We cannot recommend Corey enough – we have already referred people to him who have now themselves had the privilege to work with him and see their relationships with their dogs grow under his guidance. Corey is flexible and generous with his time and deserves more praise and payment than he would ever ask for. He and Jana have an excellent pack of their own, and boarding or walking with this special group of b humans and dogs is a treat for every “fur baby”. We feel lucky we met them.
