It was very nice, the stair was closed for ice, but the switchback worked well. The bald eagle (although scruffy, it been a hard month for it) put up with having it’s picture taken. Went on a nice day (hit 42), so snow was soft underfoot. It was midweek andbpretty empty, and the river was still snow covered. Bring you own water. It was very peaceful.

First time! I had fun, we did a 4.4 mile round trip, we went north and saw the overlooks. Ran into an old rock fence along the trail, I thought that was pretty cool. Check out the pictures!
